Looking for a place to meet? With room displays mounted outside the meeting space, you can instantly notify real-time room availability with distinguishable 3-color LED indicators, even from a distance.
For walking reservations
If it's an impromptu team gathering, just tap to start the meeting. People outside can clearly see on the display when the current meeting is over and when the room is available, avoiding overlapping bookings and meeting interruptions.
Check in to prevent no-shows
Let your employees check in with a simple touch. This way, they can secure the room within a preset time frame, otherwise it will be released and available for booking again. If the meeting ends earlier than expected, you can also click End Meeting to make the room available to others.
Book a room from the calendar system and Microsoft Teams
